The tools are provided as they are, without warranty. Results are a best effort from one vantage point at one moment and are not proof of anything; read the "what this does not prove" notes on report pages.
Remote diagnostics
Remote tools query the target you enter from our servers. Only point them at systems you are allowed to test. Port checks are limited to your own public address by design, and full scans are rate limited and logged. We may block targets or callers that abuse the service.
Data
The IEEE registry data is published by the IEEE Registration Authority and reproduced here as published. Dataset downloads are provided for interoperability; check the provenance notes on the datasets page.
